Job Description

PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER IN FUNCTIONAL AREAS OF HUMAN RESOURCES.

Major Duties

SUPPORTS STAFFING, RECRUITMENT, AND COMPENSATION PROGRAMS AT LOCAL EXCHANGES. RECRUITS FOR ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS and conducts classroom on-boarding. CONSULTS WITH SUPERVISORS ON ROUTINE WORKFORCE AND PRODUCTIVITY ISSUES FOR WHICH THERE ARE ONE OR MORE READILY APPARENT SOLUTIONS. PROVIDES ADVICE ON HR ISSUES THAT ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES AND PRACTICES. MONITORS AND PROVIDES INPUT ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

Job Qualifications

1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN HUMAN RESOURCES

OR

BACHELOR'S DEGREE

Degree (one of):

  • BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

Major/Minor (one of):

  • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred

  • HUMAN RES MGMT - Preferred
