What You Will Be Doing

The Director of Sales leads global sourcing of electronic scrap (e-scrap), non-ferrous metal scrap, and related scrap materials from other recyclers, collectors, and brokers as well as scrap yards and related processors. In addition, this position sources electronic resale products from this same customer base. Responsibilities include developing and implementing market strategies, discovering high-value partners for our company, determining pricing structures & terms, negotiating contracts, providing customer service, direct sales and business development with high potential customers, and leading & building a sales team.

What You Need for this Position

Requirements: A Associate's Degree along with at least five years of strategic sales leadership experience is required. However, we will also consider additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree with 7+ years of strategic sales leadership experience with recycling buy/sell, international sales, e-scrap and/or related metals scrap sourcing preferred.
